I ordered the initial “2 week free trial.” All I paid for was shipping. What I’m most concerned about going forward is how much this will cost me in the long run. Based on the FRS site it appears the typical person will use a bottle/week of the concentrate (which runs $19.99).

Quercetin
A quick note. If you’re like me you’d never heard of quercetin, the main ingredient in FRS that they promote. It’s in the trial link above. I looked it up and it’s a well documented antioxidant. The FRS Box & taste testing
The FRS free trial box came just as promised and I was only charged shipping. My trial came with blueberry/pomegranite chews, a small sample of the orange concentrate, a not-from-concentrate mango drink, and a powered drink mix (daily servings). I’ve heard the trial may change periodically.

The first day with FRS
I should set the stage a little bit here. I don’t drink coffee but have been, well, since a teenager, a SSSLLLOOOWWW riser. It drove my parents (and now my wife) nuts. Worse, with 2 kids who get up around 6am on some days I feel virtually incoherent.
